IT is funny how former MPs and bureaucrats who have lost their positions are giving advice on current issues.
Previously, most were silent.
They just agreed with what appeared to be corrupt practices.
But now, they seem to be seeing things clearly.
It makes one wonder what happened to make them change their views.
Why the change?
They seem to have bright ideas on policies and development when they are not in power.
They do not appear to have bright ideas when they are in power.
