A very sad scenario has arisen whereby Chimbu Church Health vehicles serving the most rugged terrain in rural communities of the province have all been grounded at Mingende Rural Hospital for about two months because there is no money to run them.
I’m wondering how the pregnant mothers who will need an ambulance can now get to hospital at either Kundiawa or Mingende?
Who is to be blamed for this?
