Jonah Yano, a teacher from Koibuga Primary School in Mul-Baiyer district of Western Highlands, pointing to a heap of rubbish covered in betel nut spit in front of Wamp Nga Haus which houses the TISA office, Nasfund, private law firms and other regional offices.
Tenants have tried their best to clean up the mess but people continue to litter and dispose their rubbish.
Poor attitudes are one thing that halts progress in this beautiful country, thus, painting a bad image of Mt Hagen and Western Highlands.
