Flood caused by heavy rains at 14-Mile outside Port Moresby yesterday morning.
Water from the Rouna Dam at Sogeri burst and filled the Laloki River, which inundated Ilimo Dairy Farm, Adventure Park and Livestock Development Corporation .
The water also destroyed the Philippines government-funded rice paddy field at 12-Mile and flooded the Sogeri Road.
