Hahaha, Kramer is the Police Commissioner, the Prime Minister and acting NCDC Governor.
He is so good at talking and showing up for the media and his facebook posts.
All Madang District vehicles purchased by former Madang MPs are now used by his supporters. He has breached all Public Finance Managments Acts and Regulations govning DSIP Funds but he is still receiving and parking the allocations for the 2022 Elections. HAHAHA
These illegal miners are the law breakers and are liabilities to the State. For them to die by taking their own lives will not have any effect on how this country is run, because they don’t pay any tax to the government in any way. And Kramer doesn’t care at all. Let the killing and stealing games continue.
Recommend that the state give the warring parties weapons and ammunition and plan out a battle field for them so they can kill each other at will. The winner takes all and may the best team win!
