PMV buses in NCD are still cheating and loading to full capacity and collecting K1.50 bus fare instead of 15 passengers as per advice by SOE controller.
Police should not turn a blind eye to this day light robbery.
Can the NCDC and traffic police rectify this?

Enough is enough and let NCDC run the city’s bus system. We have suffered enough.

No concern at all for PNGeans in general,
