Youth council to launch book

THE National Youth Development Authority (NYDA) reviewed a youth council guide book which will be rolled out in Hela this year.
The updated version of the book contains vital information to guide young people.
It will give directions to youths at the wards and community level on how to form groups and how to establish youth councils.
